We are a 18 room Motel built in 1965, The office is in the 1907 House the “Joseph Koss Home”.  We have a 400 year old Oak tree on property that is protected by the state for it’s age and historic reference value. The City and State appraise the Tree’s value by 1 million dollars for every 100 years.  As long as they don’t tax on this we are ok.
